Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Leader to lead our HR function and drive people strategies that support business growth and employee engagement. This role requires a strategic leader who can also roll up their sleeves to manage day-to-day HR operations across benefits, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Implement HR initiatives that support growth, culture, and change management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Design and manage employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and recognition programs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Evaluate and enhance compensation structures and benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Manage relationships with brokers and vendors to administer benefits programs.
- Oversee annual open enrollment, including employee communications, system updates, and issue resolution.
- Monitor benefits utilization and trends to recommend plan design changes that optimize cost and value for employees.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee HR systems and processes, including HRIS, personnel records, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Proven experience with all core HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and scale HR programs in a growing, fast-paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization
