Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary:
Milestone attracts team members that dedicate themselves to providing a seamless and positive experience for every Milestone customer. Inside Sales Representatives are educated in all that Milestone has to offer and communicate those options concisely and eloquently on every call. ISRs provide wins for the customer, Milestone, and the team by committing themselves to their role and creative problem solving.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Handle incoming leads generated by marketing, convert them to service appointments for our technicians and cross sell the Advantage Membership
- Make outbound calls to generate leads for our technicians
- Educate customers on the Advantage membership and enroll them
- Create wins for the customer, the company, and the Inside Sales team
- Attend training and develop skills related to the Inside Sales role that can be taken elsewhere

Experience
- Some level of sales experience preferred
Physical Abilities
- Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
