What YOU’LL be responsible for:

• Installing heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers
• Leading a team of 1-2 helpers in the install process
• Traveling to job sites in the service area and working with the dispatch team to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers
• Being available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service the needs of our customers
• Participating in company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry technologies

Qualifications:

• Residential HVAC install experience required
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Current EPA certification and TDLR Registration

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
• Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis for extended periods
• Must be able to work in cramped or high places such as attics, ladders and tunnels
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down stairs
• Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, snow or sleet
• Must have mental skills such as critical thinking , problem solving, and a technical vocabulary to understand direction and adhere to established procedures.
• Must be willing to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as customer service complaints.
• Must be able to complete a Job Physical Assessment
