WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Executive & CFO Support
- Provide direct support to the CFO, ensuring smooth coordination of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Analyze and interpret financial data and key business trends, providing insights that aid in decision-making.
- Assist in financial reporting, preparing summaries and presentations
- Review financial documents, contracts, and reports
- Manage confidential financial information, ensuring data accuracy and security.
General Executive Assistance
- Collaborate with executive management and directors to ensure key tasks and responses are completed with high quality and efficiency.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules to support company initiatives.
- Coordinate and maintain the Executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Act as a key liaison between executives and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
- Oversee organizational priorities, helping drive company-wide initiatives.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communication from senior management.
